Refund Policy

  • Duplicate/inadvertent charges or payment processing errors

4. Requesting an Exceptional Refund

Customers seeking a refund under exceptional circumstances must:

  • Submit a refund request within 30 days of the payment date

  • Provide:

    • Invoice or transaction ID

    • Date and amount of the transaction

    • Detailed description of the issue and reason for the request

5. Review & Resolution Process

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days and may request additional information if needed.

6. No Delays from External Institutions

Once processed on our side, we are not responsible for internal delays with banks, payment processors, or external entities. If your refund is not reflected in your account within 15 working days after approval, please contact your bank or card issuer.
